    JOB SUMMARY:

     

    This position will support all major company projects by overseeing and facilitating all dedicated contractors for facility projects. Candidates would need to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.   

     

    Responsibilities

     

     

    • Daily on-site presence and inspection to maintain project site in compliance and in accordance to client project specifications
    • Confirm operation procedures and assist with quality and safety work.
    • Coordinate and oversee construction craft and coordinate third party inspection requirements.
    • Conduct safety meetings, prepare / verify permits, manage work site, and report progress to client’s key personnel.
    • Verify trade and industry standards, code requirements, and company QA/QC procedures.
    • Monitor OSHA / client safety regulations. Make recommendations to correct noncompliance issues.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for Project Book throughout the project and submit upon project completion.
    • Advise of violations and non-conforming work and help identify and implement appropriate corrective actions.
    • Oversee the integrity of client facilities and equipment involved in the project.
    • Participate as requested in project safety meetings.
    • Make recommendations and assist with compliance by all employees and sub-contractors and personnel on local and national regulatory requirements, ordinances, zoning regulations, and contract specifications.
    • Communicate with all employees and sub-contractors the project’s compliance expectations.
    • Developing, planning, and overseeing administrative details and coordinating workflow of assigned area including invoice payment, purchase requisitions, supply orders, etc.
    • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

     

    • At least five (5) years of Industrial or Petro-chemical experience; some college preferred.
    • API 1104 Welding Certification Ideal
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
    • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors or customers.
    • Proven ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
    • Demonstrated skills in time management and multi-tasking.
    • Ability to work independently in an environment of rapidly changing priorities and assignments.
    • Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential card.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

     

    WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
