    Pinnacle Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate the human resource activities of the organization. This person will oversee full life cycle recruitment, retention, and orientation; consult with top executives on strategic planning and serve as a liaison between management and its employees. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively provide high-level management to Pinnacle Services and its Clients (both internal and external).

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide one point of contact for HR support to assist in the achievement of its Client’s business goals and objectives providing strategic partnership/advisement with internal client leadership at all levels.
    • Acts as a trusted advisor to management ensuring the establishment of sound management practices, aligned with HR policy, procedure and practices, and consistent decision-making processes across the lines of business
    • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
    • Advise managers on organizational policy matters.
    • Perform demanding staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, arbitrating disputes, terminating employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
    • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, labor relations, and employee relations.
    • Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
    • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
    • Analyze data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
    • Manage all exit interviews processes.
    • Address employee relations issues, such as workplace allegations and complaints and other employee concerns.
    • Lead the improvement of quality and delivery of HR processes.
    • Provide sound advise to Clients to proactively anticipate and address complex HR issues impacting the business.
    • Provide data to support weekly payroll in conjunction with the Accounting department.
    • Assist with recognition programs and drive employee engagement activities when available.
    • Assist other managers and supervisors with employee discipline process and solid documentation methods/protocols.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or master’s degree with a preference in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or any related field.
    • Must have solid HR fundamentals and broad-based experience in HR, including employee relations, conflict resolution, employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and recruitment.
    • Minimum of six (6) years human resource or other management experience; refinery or industrial experience preferred.
    • Proficiency working independently in Work, Excel and Powerpoint.
    • The ability to work with all levels of employees from front line employees to senior management.
    • Ability to drive change; challenge status quo; and take specific actions to facilitate change.
    • Excellent team building skills, self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment.
    • Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
    • Strong communication skills to include verbal, written, and interpersonal.
    • PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
    • Must possess a valid motor vehicle license.
    • Must possess a TWIC Card
