    Responsibilities

    • Provide liaison and support to both internal and external customers.
    • Provide support for training, logistics and medical facility needs of clients internally and externally.
    • Supply answers to customer requests for information via telephone, email and in person.
    • Monitor and respond to requests for training and medical services.
    • Assist in booking reservations for accommodations and rental vehicles.
    • Prepare and monitor key metrics that drive business intelligence reports.
    • Handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information.
    • Participate in key projects.
    • Trainee registration and check-in, issue photo training cards.
    • Proctor classroom examinations.
    • Print employee badges.
    • Perform various record keeping functions.
    • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Qualifications

    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Bachelors Degree Preferred.
    • Three plus years administrative experience supporting a team in a fast paced, high tech environment is required.
    • Proven mastery of general business software applications.
    • Must have interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.
    • Must have exceptional communication skills.
    • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions and work productively in a fast paced, rapid growing organization.
    • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must have good organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Must be flexible with changing job requirements as the team grows.

     

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work performed is in a high paced, high volume environment and requires some driving and a lot of walking to and from various offices within the same building to obtain information needed.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, speak and listen. The position also requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
