  • Overview

    Pinnacle Services, LLC is looking for an Administrative Shared Services Manager who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.  The person in this role will lead projects from inception to implementation, managing resources, schedules and will play a key role in establishing and maintaining, business agendas; tracking action items and facilitating deliverable.  (i.e. Medical, Training, Client Coordination, Logistics, Security and Contractor). The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.



    • Manage and maintain the daily operations of of the business to ensure achievement of shared services and operations outcomes and strategy: (i.e. Third Party Plant Entry System & Procedures; Client Coordination; Logistic and housing; Transportation and Vehicles).
    • Perform regular analysis to determine risks/trends and put in place process improvement with a customer centric approach
    • Reliable point of contact for each client/contractor that is required to establish a strong business relationship, ensuring excellent client services is delivered at all times in facilitating deliverable (i.e. Medical Services; Training; Security).
    • Relationship management through a comprehensive understanding of the servicing model for each client.
    • Review and execute contracts, purchase orders and other documents within delegated authority.
    • Responsible for evaluating, recommending, maintaining and monitoring appropriate internal controls over Company operations; audit of all accounts in addition to internal control documentation.
    • Maintain all Company insurance and ensure that all party maintain appropriate general liability insurance
    • Manage the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow outside Staffing and Training business.
    • Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
    • Manage shared services activities, supervising delivery ensuring deadlines and budgets are adhered to in accordance with the shared services agreement and within the agreed timescales.
    • Assist the team in more advanced client services, providing support and training where required.
    • Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.


    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or similar field; MBA highlydesirable but not required.
    • 7 -15 years prior management experience in client services role, include 5 years of solid industry experience
    • Team Management: proven experience managing at least 3 - 5 direct reports
    • Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting.
    • Strong interpersonal, good judgment and excellent critical reasoning skills
    • Outstanding communicator both orally and in writing
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Strong Negotiator
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure and meet required deadlines with a strong attention to details.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft office Suite Program, especially Excel and Word
    • Must have knowledge of planning and research principles and practices, including operational and long-range strategic planning required for the implementation and success of services and projects.
    • Must have knowledge of principles and practices of administration in the areas of planning, organizing and directing business services and programs.
    • Must possess a valid motor vehicle license
    • Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) is required.
