We are seeking a full time Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position provides administrative/coordination support in an energetic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work to serve the needs of the operations team, and will play a central role in keeping operations management activities on track, including; coordinating logistics, and resources for new hires. This role requires an expert multi-tasker who will go above and beyond to provide the best support to the team. This position will have contact with a variety of position levels, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and oral.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work performed is in a high paced, high volume environment and requires some driving and a lot of walking to and from various offices within the same building to obtain information needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. The position also requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Candidates must be able to work long hours and all shift schedules that may require up to twelve hours a day, seven days a week for extended durations.
