    We are seeking a full time Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position provides administrative/coordination support in an energetic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work to serve the needs of the operations team, and will play a central role in keeping operations management activities on track, including; coordinating logistics, and resources for new hires. This role requires an expert multi-tasker who will go above and beyond to provide the best support to the team.  This position will have contact with a variety of position levels, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and oral.   


    • Provide liaison and coordinate overall logistic efforts for operations personnel when needed.
    • Coordinate training needs; new hire equipment/office assignment; PPE issuance
    • Supply answers to personnel requests for information via telephone, email and in person
    • Monitor and respond to requests for housing accommodations and housing maintenance
    • Assist in booking reservations for hotel accommodations and rental vehicles
    • Handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information
    • Participate in key projects; build and maintain strong vendor/contractor relationships to maximize performance and value delivered according to scope of work or services provided.
    • Analyze current workflows to identify areas of opportunity
    • Perform various record keeping functions to ensure accuracy and validity of information; document control; permits; training records, inspections records, etc.
    • Other duties as required and assigned by supervisor


    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Bachelors Degree Preferred
    • Three plus years administrative/facility operations experience supporting a team in a fast paced, high tech environment is required.
    • Success working independently and being personally accountable for assigned tasked.
    • Proven mastery of general business software applications and computers in general.
    • Must have interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.
    • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with frequent interruptions and work productively in a fast paced, rapid growing organization.
    • Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
    • Must be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple priorities and the ability to problem solve by creative processes.
    • Must be flexible with changing job requirements as the team grows.
    • TEAM player/MUST work well with others.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
    • Experience working with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Valid Drivers's License and ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC card)


    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. 

    WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work performed is in a high paced, high volume environment and requires some driving and a lot of walking to and from various offices within the same building to obtain information needed.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. The position also requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. 

    Candidates must be able to work long hours and all shift schedules that may require up to twelve hours a day, seven days a week for extended durations.
